RETURN POLICY

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a request for return, exchange, or store credit, as applicable, on our website. Return, exchange, and store credit requests for items must be raised within three (03) days from the date of delivery. If three (03) days have passed since the receipt of the item, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Valid reasons to apply for return, exchange, or store credit

  1. Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
  2. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories)
  3. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake item)

Change of mind is not applicable for return, exchange, or store credit.

If the part received is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, customer will have following options based on Toyota Assessment and Evaluation:

  1. A refund will be done to the customer of the amount deposited by the Customer against the item.
  2. Defective part can be exchanged with a new part
  3. Store credit will be added in the customer account

Eligibility for Refund and/or Exchanges

  1. The product must be unused, uninstalled and in the same condition as you received it. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you. The product must include the original tags, user manual, and accessories.
  2. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. It must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's/item box
  3. The condition of the returned item shall be assessed by the Company only. After detailed evaluation of the returned item, the final decision shall be taken by the Company at its sole discretion. Based on the outcome of the evaluation, the Company may either process refund, exchange returned item or reject the return request of the Buyer. Any decision taken by the Company shall be conclusive and final. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

The Company shall not be liable for any returns sent back to us that are lost in transit. We are not responsible for tracking the status of your return package and will not hold accountability in any manner whatsoever, of any package before it reaches us.
